How to order
- To order products select desired products and add them to the chart by clicking “Add to chart”.
- After selecting all the desired products click on the upper right corner on the chart icon,
- In the chart you can change products quantities, erase products, choose where to send them and see the cost.
- When you have checked that everything is correct go click on the “Proceed to checkout”.
- On the opened page insert your name, e-mail, phone number, choose parcel terminal and payment method.
- When the payment is finished you will recieve order confirmation and invoice to your e-mail.
- After we have delivered products to transport company you will recieve another e-mail about that.
Products delivery, transportation and the cost of it
- When you are making the order choose parcel terminal what suits you.
- The transportation costs are shown in the cart under the name shipping.
- sinuheas.ee is packing products in every workday.
- Depending on the transport company your order will usually arrive in 1-3 working days after we have delivered the products to the transport company
- Every product what you see in sinuheaks.ee we have in stock.
- In the rare situation when ordered products run out of our stock, but is shown in the sinuheaks.ee shop we will notify you immediately and we will return the money notify you when we will have desired products.
- The payment is made in euros.
- You can choose suitable pank link or you can make a direct payment
- When you choose pank link you will be directed to make payment. When payment is made we will start packing and delivering your products
- When you choose direct payment then you will have to make pank transfer. After the we have recieved the payment we will start packing and delivering your products
Cancelling the order, returning the products
- When you have cancelled the order before making the payment then you dont have to do anything.
- When you wish to cancel the order after the payment you have to notify us wiht your e-mail, we will refund the money.
- When you discover that the products are damaged during the transportation, send us pictures of products and we will refund the money.
- If you want to return products, then products must be in their original packages undamaged and unopened
- Returning the products is at the customers costs.
- Afther we have recieved the returned producs we will refund the money during 10 days to the same account where the payment was made.
After receiving the transaction, we deliver your goods by the courier service provider who delivers the shipment to the selected smartpost. The delivery of goods in accordance with the standard terms. We are not responsible for courier services. Prices differ according to weight and size.
